Nero did not have digital tools or photography as currently uses author to extravasate his mental narratives. Thus nero did not hold back in his imagination and set fire to rome to have visual references to his imagery. One eye represents the sun in the yellow part of the drawing with enigmatic meaning. The meaning is particular in the mind of the author and its explanation would not make sense. 😉
